Fears often hold me back, whether I realize it or not. But fear and faith can't exist in the a person at the same time, so the more I practice my faith, the less fear I have. Anger is just my fear coming out explosively. When it seems like a fear is coming true, I get angry, sad or resentful.
But my Higher Power, God, has a plan for me and is several steps ahead of my limited thinking.
The true challenge for my life is to hold on tight to my faith and force fears out with faith whenever I see them creeping in. This is a daily challenge--not something I can do once and conquer it for a lifetime. That's why it is important to keep God first place in my life, because with Him there fears can't take over.
